More than&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/short-reads\/2018\/04\/11\/millennials-largest-generation-us-labor-force\/\">one-third<\/a>&nbsp;of today\u2019s workforce is comprised of millennials (those&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/short-reads\/2019\/01\/17\/where-millennials-end-and-generation-z-begins\/\">born between 1981 and 1996<\/a>), and by 2030, the number of Generation Z workers (those born from 1997 onward) is expected to&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-03-10\/gen-z-workers-to-triple-by-2030-snap-commissioned-report-says\">triple<\/a>. Maintaining relevance in recruiting the best-in-class workers from these demographics requires a different approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another factor that\u2019s affecting workplace culture is the pandemic and its connection to the mass exodus of the American workforce.
