Prior to starting Anago of Baltimore in 2004, Mark and Susan were ready for a change from their current careers in the corporate world. Both had extensive business-to-business experience and believed their success was built on always putting clients’ needs first. The Anago model for commercial cleaning fit their goals and enabled them to start their own business and achieve their dream of living in Maryland.
More than 20 years later, they are still striving to put their clients’ satisfaction first. With over 45 Franchisees and their teams cleaning in Maryland each and every day, they continue to strive to provide the best cleaning experience for business throughout the area. Both continue to educate themselves on the changing environment to ensure their clients’ businesses stay safe for them, their employees, and clients.
