Will Foust has been with Anago of St. Louis since its founding in 2025. Before Anago, he spent 25 years in advertising and marketing, building teams, solving problems, and delivering results across industries. Today, he brings that same focus and follow-through to helping St. Louis businesses maintain cleaner, healthier, more professional spaces.
Will is known for being hands-on, relationship-driven, and always willing to show up for a client. There is also a good chance he will show up on a motorcycle. Originally from Columbia, Kentucky, Will spends his free time with his wife, Brook, and their family, or riding, repairing, and building motorcycles and cars. He also has a deep appreciation for two Kentucky staples: bourbon and horse racing.
Brook Foust co-founded Anago of St. Louis with Will in 2025 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Brook helps maintain Anago’s standards in the field, ensuring teams clean effectively, efficiently, and consistently.
Brook brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Anago, including a significant portion of her career with Enterprise Holdings, where her attention to detail helped drive meaningful business results. At Anago of St. Louis, that same precision is paired with her genuine obsession with cleaning — a combination that benefits both customers and franchisees.
Around the team, Brook is known as “Clark,” short for Clark Griswold, thanks to her love of planning, then planning a little more. That near-fanatical attention to detail keeps the Foust household busy and keeps Anago’s standards high. Brook grew up in Cerro Gordo, Illinois, just outside Decatur. Outside work, she is a dedicated sports fan and a proud mom to two children.
Esme Raymundo joined Anago of St. Louis in 2026 and serves as Project Lead. She has a sharp eye for keeping projects on track, people aligned, and systems running smoothly.
Esme does more than manage tasks — she builds processes that make the team better from one day to the next. She is the team’s self-proclaimed runner-up perfectionist, which means she catches the details before they become problems and makes sure work is done right before it moves forward.
A cat person through and through, Esme is equally at home stress-testing a workflow or perfecting a banana bread recipe. In either case, the end result is usually exactly right.
